Services Offered:
Issue of new passport (10 years validity)
Re-issue of passport (on expiry, exhaustion of pages, or change in particulars)
Issue of duplicate passport (in case of loss/damage)
Emergency Certificate (EC) for return to India
Requirements:
Duly filled Passport Application Form
Current original passport and a copy
Valid residence visa/work permit in Turkmenistan
Passport-size photographs (as per specification)
Applicable fees in USD (exact amount)
Forms can be collected from the Embassy or downloaded from the Passport Seva Portal.

Collection Timings: 04:00 PM to 05:00 PM (on working days)
