In 2002, India set up an ‘Industrial Training Centre’ in the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction, Ashgabat. The Centre was then upgraded in 2017 with assistance from Indian government. It provides vocational training in various fields like Electrical and Electronic equipment servicing to Turkmen students.
